Never received product - no response from customer service
Update 12/30/20: I finally heard from customer service yesterday, 12/29, after forwarding this review to their customer service email. The initial response was, "How can we resolve your issue?" I replied that receiving the item I ordered would be a good start and then...
I have left multiple voicemail messages and have never received a call back.
I have opened two tickets through their online support and have never received a response. I can only assume this is a scam and will be reporting it as fraud to my credit card company.

Update 12/30/20: I finally heard from customer service yesterday, 12/29, after forwarding this review to their customer service email. The initial response was, "How can we resolve your issue?" I replied that receiving the item I ordered would be a good start and then provided a detailed account of my actions and their lack of response.
This morning, I received an email from customer service apologizing for any delays in shipping and stating that the USPS is reporting delays in their network due to the increased volume of parcels during the holidays. They stated it is on the way and will arrive soon. I checked the updated tracking number they provided and it still provides no indication of when it will be delivered. It only states "In Transit, Arriving Late".
At this point I'm cautiously optimistic, but still bothered. Every other package we ordered from Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc. arrived on time during the holiday season. And we ordered a LOT over the past 3 months.
I don't understand why this one is so different.
I also hate that it took me posting a negative review on this website for them to respond when I had reached out numerous times via phone and their online ticketing process and received no response. I'll update here if and when I receive the package.
